Tim is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. With over 7 years as a professional coach and trainer, he has accumulated more than 10,000 hours of experience. Tim has a real passion for developing each and every person with a low-tech/high-concept approach where the methods may be “simple” but the results have a depth and breadth that can be explored for years.
Tim has over 20 years of experience as an athlete. He played collegiate sports (football, soccer) and played rugby in New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland and all over the United States. Having been a police officer, construction worker, warehouseman and office worker has given Tim a broad base of understanding to relate to the needs of every client.

Graeme is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer who has been CrossFitting for over 10 years and coaching for CrossFit Palo Alto for 4 years. He has a passion for the sport of CrossFit stemming from his background in soccer and rowing. Graeme strives to help others construct a solid base of functional movement, to improve their fitness, well being and ultimately to attain their goals. He believes that every person that steps through our door that is willing to commit, work hard and hold themselves accountable for their goals is an athlete.

Dr. Smith is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and an avid athlete who has competed his entire life in many different sports including football, baseball, CrossFit, Rock Climbing, and Trail Running. He believes that competing, training, and learning new skills as an athlete has helped him grow tremendously in the mental, emotional, and spiritual areas of his life. This is why he is deeply passionate about helping members experience the same personal growth through lives defined by movement, exploration, and success.

Walter is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
Kristen is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer that has completed over 20 marathons and numerous ultra-marathons, including Ironman New Zealand and The Leadville 100 mile race. She has been a wildland firefighter, police officer and municipal firefighter. She now excels at being a mom to three kids while training for her next event.
Bethany has discovered that the practice of yoga cultivates steadiness of mind, lightness of spirit, and contentment in life. Bethany’s teaching style is influenced by her teachers at Hilltop yoga in Lansing, Michigan and Avalon yoga in Palo Alto. Bethany holds 400hrs. of Yoga Alliance Certification. As a fellow CrossFitter, Bethany finds that the strength based practice of CrossFit, and the elongating based practice of yoga; provide her the best recipe for health. Bethany holds a Masters degree in counseling psychology and incorporates relevant research into her classes. When she is not at the box or on the mat, you will find her providing therapy for adolescents, and working as a nanny.
