Tim
Tim is a CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Endurance and Certified Underground Strength Coach. He excels at using CrossFit training methods to empower you to reach new levels of functional fitness.
He has been an athlete and strength and conditioning professional for over 20 years. Having played collegiate sports and played rugby in New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland and the United States and being a police officer, construction worker, warehouseman and office worker has given Tim a broad base of understanding to relate to the needs of every client.

Trish
Trish is a CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kids, RKC-Certified and Underground Strength Coach. She has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Trish has worked as a fitness and aquatics director, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, PE teacher and as a regional Instructor-Trainer in Strength and Conditioning for the YMCA of the USA. Additionally, she holds certifications as both a Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM. Outside of CrossFit she is a Clinical Audiologist and spends her free time throwing pottery, dancing, cooking, swimming and keeping busy.

Graeme
Graeme is a CrossFit Level 1 certified coach who has been CrossFitting for over two years. He has a passion for the sport of CrossFit stemming from his background in soccer and rowing. Graeme strives to help others construct a solid base of functional movement, to improve their fitness, well being and ultimately to attain their goals. He believes that every person that steps through our door that is willing to commit, work hard and hold themselves accountable for their goals is an athlete.

Kristen is a CrossFit Certified Coach that has completed over 20 marathons and numerous ultra-marathons, including Ironman New Zealand. She has been a wildland firefighter, police officer and municipal firefighter. She now excels at being a mom to three kids while training for her next event.
