Getting Started

 

We love that you are interested in checking out CrossFit and CrossFit Palo Alto!

Please follow the steps below to get started.

Please DO NOT just show up to “see what CrossFit is about” during the day or during a class. Our coaches will be focused on their class and will not be able to give you the attention you deserve.

Our program requires each student to complete an introduction prior to enrollment.

This is a small group session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about CrossFit Palo Alto and actually experience a workout for yourself.

The introductory session allows us to get to know you, find out what your current level of fitness and skill is and discover what your goals are. During the session we will tell you what CrossFit is, what it isn’t and how we do it. We then have a brief instruction period followed by a quick workout.

The Introduction to CrossFit Classes are held on select Wednesdays at 1pm and select Saturdays at 11am.

Our Introductory Sessions are OPEN for registration. We have just moved to a new location and are excited for you to experience it.

Wednesday, May 27th at 1pm to 2:30pm

Saturday, May 30th, at 11am to 12:30pm

Please Click on the Intro you can attend to sign up. You will then click on the “Free Intro Class” and follow the steps to create an account and sign up.
